We are aware of a some issues that may impact your ability to edit templates:

Template not supported | Some templates may include properties that aren't yet fully supported. When this occurs our team gets notified immediately and a fix will be deployed as soon as possible.

Need the previous editor?
Use the beta toggle to switch back to the old editor at any time.
How do I add merge fields?
You can dynamically replace media urls with the dynamic source option in the top toolbar menu:
You can declare merge fields in the merge fields in the right-hand toolbar:
You can set merge fields in the text by typing {{ inside of the text property and selecting the merge field you'd like to use.
