Workflows require you to set up a Trigger to work in Zapier. If you are getting an error that your Workflow has no mappings this likely means that you haven't set up your Trigger correctly.

Please make sure to select either the CSV Upload or Webhook Trigger and add example Trigger data.

We recommend using the Webhook Trigger, although both will work.

Please make sure to add example values that are subsequently mapped to the correct Merge Field in your template.

Now that you have set up your Trigger data correctly these should now show inside of Zapier.
