You can now easily transcribe spoken audio and apply styled, animated captions directly from your dashboard.
How to auto-generate captions in the Studio:
Upload your media: Open your project in the v2 Studio and click the Media icon on the left toolbar to access your uploaded files.
Add the video to the timeline: Upload or Click on a video clip containing spoken audio from your media library to instantly add it to your timeline.
Choose a caption style: Click the Caption icon on the left toolbar. This will reveal a selection of dynamic caption styles.
Add to the project: Click your preferred caption template from the menu. A placeholder box reading "YOUR CAPTIONS WILL APPEAR HERE" will show up on your video.
Adjust and format: Click and drag the placeholder on the canvas to resize and position the captions exactly where you want them to display.
You can also thoroughly edit the caption style and properties via the caption asset property bar.
Export your project: Click the Export Video button. During the export process, the system will automatically transcribe the audio and perfectly sync the text to your selected caption style.
Download: Once the rendering process is complete, download the final video to view your fully captioned clip.
