If you need to cancel your active Shotstack subscription, you can do so quickly and easily directly from your account dashboard.
Follow these steps to cancel your plan:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Navigate to the Shotstack Dashboard and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Plans & Billing
On the left-hand navigation menu, scroll down and click on Plans & Billing.
Step 3: Locate your active plan
Ensure you are on the Credits & Plans tab at the top of the page.
Under the "Available Credits" section, you will see your current active subscription plan details (e.g., 1,000 credits per month) and its renewal date.
Step 4: Cancel your subscription
Locate the red Cancel button on the far right side of your active subscription block and click it.
Once clicked, simply follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
