How to Change Your Payment Method (v2 Dashboard)

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures your subscription remains active and your credit balance stays topped up without interruption.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Plans & Billing

  • From any screen in the v2 dashboard, navigate to the left-hand sidebar menu.

  • Click on the Plans & Billing tab at the bottom of the list.

2. Navigate to Payment Methods

  • On the Overview page, you will see sections for your "Available Credits," "Subscription" details, and "Invoice Details".

  • Locate the Payment Method card on the right side of the screen.

  • Click the Update button in the top-right corner of that card.

3. Enter the Secure Billing Portal

  • Clicking update will securely redirect you to the Shotstack Billing Portal.

  • Under the "Payment Method" heading, click on + Add payment method.

4. Provide New Card Details

  • Enter your new Card number, Expiration date, and Security code (CVC).

  • Verify that your Country is set correctly for your billing address.

  • Once all fields are complete, click the blue Add button at the bottom of the form.
