When your credits run out, renders and AI generation stop until you add more. This applies to every subscription and Pay As You Go plan. Shotstack no longer charges overage.
To keep going, top up or move to a bigger plan under Settings > Credits in your dashboard. Top-ups start at $10 for 50 credits and last 12 months.
Automatic top-ups
We're rolling out automatic top-ups, which you'll find in the same place. You choose a minimum balance and a top-up amount. When your balance drops below that minimum, your saved card is charged and the credits are added straight away, so your renders don't stop.
If the payment fails, your account works as normal until your credits run out.
