You can automatically transcribe your video clips and generate synchronized caption tracks directly within the Legacy Studio.
This feature saves manual typing and sourcing and ensures your captions are perfectly timed to your audio.
Step 1: Select Your Video Clip
On the timeline, click on the Video or Audio Clip you wish to transcribe.
This will open the Edit Video properties panel on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Generate Auto Captions
In the properties panel, Locate and click the Add Auto Caption button.
A new CAPTION track will automatically appear on the timeline directly above your video clip.
Customizing Caption Style
Once the caption track is generated, you can adjust the following settings in the left panel to match your project's brand:
Font: Choose from a variety of styles (e.g., Montserrat ExtraBold).
Alignment & Anchor: Position the text at the top, center, or bottom of the frame.
Color: Change the text and background color of the captions.
