You can update the email address associated with your Shotstack account. The process depends on how your account was created.
Accounts Created with Google Login
If you created your account using Sign in with Google, you cannot change your email address directly from the Dashboard.
Contact Shotstack Support and provide:
The email address currently associated with your account
The new email address you would like to use
Support will update the email address manually or provide any additional steps required.
Accounts Created with Email and Password
You can update your email address directly from the Shotstack Dashboard.
Log in to your Shotstack account.
Click on Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on the Account tab button located in the top navigation bar of the settings area.
Enter your new email address into the New email field.
Enter the same email address again in the Confirm field.
Click on the Update Email button to save your changes.
Once completed, your account will be associated with the new email address for all future logins and communications.
